**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer, Mieter, Handwerker und Hauswarte und Unterstützung in deren Anliegen.
- Zuständig für die Weitervermietung, inklusive **Erstellung **der Mietverträge für Wohn
- und Nebenobjekte sowie teilweise für Gewerbemietverträge.
- Organisation und selbständige Durchführung von Objektübergaben und Beauftragung von Instandstellungsarbeiten.
- Beauftragung von Handwerkern und Überprüfung der terminlichen Durchführung von Unterhaltsarbeiten.
- Erstellung von Liegenschaftenbudgets sowie Kontrollberichten.
- Kontrolle der **Nebenkosten**:

- und **Liegenschaftsabrechnungen**.
- Bearbeitung eingehender Rechnungen (Kontrolle, Kontierung, Weiterverrechnung).
- Zuständig für den Mahnprozess.
- Pflege von Liegenschaftsdaten im **GREM**, z.B. Personenstammdaten, Mietvertragswesen, Erfassen von Service-Abonnementen, Pflege von Handwerkerlisten, etc.
- Durchführung der Pendenzenkontrolle im GREM.
- Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen, Meldung bei der Versicherung und Sicherstellung der Abwicklung.
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen aus der Mieter-App.

**Deine Skills**:

- Kaufmännischer Abschluss sowie mindestens **zwei Jahre Erfahrung** in der Immobilienbranche.
- Interesse an Weiterentwicklung und Offenheit für eine Weiterbildung.
- Selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise; Fähigkeit, auch bei Unvorhergesehenem Ruhe zu bewahren.
- Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und dienstleistungsorientierte Haltung.
- Fliessende **Deutschkenntnisse **in Wort und Schrift.
