Unser Auftraggeber verwaltet halb/-autonome Vorsorgeeinrichtungen und komplexe Sammelstiftungslösungen. Dabei bietet er umfassende und individuelle Lösungen im Bereich der - **Berufliche**n - **Vorsorge** an. Im Zuge der hohen Kundennachfrage wird eine neue Stelle im Middle-Office zwischen Frontvertrieb und operativer Abwicklung geschaffen. Dabei bilden Sie eine wirkungsvolle Unterstützung für die Beratungsfront und sorgen für die Steuerung der relevanten Eckdaten für das "Back-Office". Zusammengefasst können Sie folgende Aufgaben übernehmen: - Erstellen aussagekräftiger Präsentationen für die BeraterInnen/Pitches" - Erstellen konkreter Offerten inklusive Parametrieren von Vorsorgeplänen für die angebotenen Vorsorgelösungen - Aufsetzen von Neuanschlüssen und Planänderungen, Mitarbeit beim Jahresendprozess - Mitarbeit bei der Führung und Pflege des CRM-Systems - Enge Kooperation mit der Beratungsfront und der Kundenbetreuung (als Bindeglied zur Beratung) - Kontakt und Support externen Partner, Kunden und Broker - Je nach Kapazität Projektmitarbeit im Bereich CRM / Prozessoptimierungen.- Anforderungen- Kaufmännischer Hintergrund mit **solide**r **Praxis** im **Vertrieb und/oder Operations** der **Berufliche**n **Vorsorge**. Relevante Weiterbildung (z.B. Fachfrau/mann Personalvorsorge) wird begrüsst - ** Sicheres Deutsch**, gutes Italienisch hilfreich - Routinierte MS-Office-Anwendung (v.a. **Excel**, **Powerpoint**) - Praxis mit CRM- und professionellen BVG-Verwaltungsapplikationen (ideal SwissPension 6) - Wir wenden uns an eine teamorientierte, selbständige, kommunikative Person mit hoher Kundenorientierung, Zuverlässigkeit und gut organisierter Arbeitsweise (Prioritätensetzung).
