For one of our clients we are looking for a : Production Quality Technician H/F, based in Geneva.

**Votre mission**:***
- Ensure production quality achievement and performance improvement, within the scope of his/her authorizations;
- Ensure that the local production site meets all Production quality objectives and that the organization supplies adequate standards of service to customers;
- Elaborate and implements quality control procedures and instructions;
- Follow-up and coordinates the elaboration of corrective action plans linked to internal or external non-conformities;
- Participate in new product or process development and validation, including change in the existing process, transfer of products or new supplier validation;
- Support the problem-solving process in case of customer’s claim;
- Execute process audits;
- Provide the necessary feedback in case of quality issues (8D);
- Coordinate the root-cause analysis and scrap level of the production lines under his/her scope of responsibilities;
- Support Production manager to deploy group policy and best practices;

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Team worker with excellent communication skills;
- Good business sense and high customer orientation.

**Votre profil**:
Technician degree in Electronics, Micro-techniques or equivalent;
