Tasks
Support monitoring and control activities in the private bank's cross-border business / Ensure performance of cross-border frameworks / POC for 1st Line of Defence regarding controls for cross-border processes / Identification of weaknesses through regular monitoring and control activities / Preparation of meaningful reports including analysis and assessment of incidents / Support of the 2nd Line of Defence to minimize risks and contribute to appropriate optimization measures / Situational support of front units of the bank regarding questions or problem solutions in the cross-border business / Contribution to the improvement of the bank's competence in the area of regulation / Hold presentations to create a better cross-border awareness / Cooperation with Internal Audit regarding internal and external audits in the area of cross-border.
**Requirements**:
Master's or Bachelor's degree / Education or further education in the areas of business administration, banking & finance, compliance, law, risk management / Knowledge of cross-border business and the cross-border framework of a private bank / Professional experience in front compliance function, as auditor or risk manager / Analytical, accurate personality with problem-solving skills and quality awareness / Interest also in pragmatic solutions / High social competence, flexibility, ability to work in a team, intercultural interest / MS-Word and Excel / German and English.
