Healthcare Affairs & Market Access Manager (m/w/d, 100%)

Aufgaben

In dieser neugeschaffenen Position sind Sie in einem kleinen Team für den Schweizer Markt zuständig und ermöglichen durch Ihre Arbeit unseren Patienten einen optimalen Zugriff auf unsere Produkte.

**Ihre Tätigkeiten**:

- Entwicklung eines tiefen Verständnisses der wichtigsten Kundenbedürfnisse (Kostenträger, kantonale Gesundheitsbehörden, Krankenhäuser etc.), der aktuellen und kommenden Gesundheitstrends in der Schweiz sowie Verfolgen der Geschehnisse rund um die Gesetze und Verordnungen bezüglich des Schweizer Gesundheitssystems
- Erstellen von strategischen und taktischen Plänen unter Berücksichtigung der

Entwicklungen im Gesundheitswesen mit der Zielsetzung unsere Produkte zu
implementieren und somit den Patientenzugang zu ermöglichen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten mit den kantonalen Gesundheitsbehörden (z.B.

Kantonsapotheker), Krankenkassen und relevanten Patientenorganisationen, sowie
Analyse von Projektmöglichkeiten und deren Durchführung
- Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Market Access und Healthcare Affairs Prozesse
- Erstellen von Szenarien in Bezug auf Launches neuer Produkte
- Führen von Verhandlungen über das gesamte Produktportfolio im Rahmen von Artikel 71a/b KVV gemäss der bestehenden internen Prozesse

Qualifikation
- Naturwissenschaftliche und betriebswirtschaftliche Aus
- und Weiterbildung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Market Access, Healthcare Affairs oder Gesundheitsökonomie (Payer Affairs Management, Projekten mit Krankenversicherungen etc., HEOR/value-based Care höchst wünschenswert)
- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit Health Technology Assessment Analysen/Projekten
- Solide Kenntnisse des Schweizer Gesundheitssystems/-politik und der Gesetzgebung
- Erfolgreicher Track Rekord von unabhängiger Projektkoordination und -durchführung sowie Teamarbeit
- Belastbares Netzwerk im Schweizer Gesundheitsmarkt, insbesondere bei Behörden und Krankenkassen
- Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
