We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead Lunaphore’s Supply Chain team. The goal of this role is to optimize the supply chain processes to accompany the company's high growth. You will oversee the activities related to planning, procurement, distribution, and warehouse, in accordance with Lunaphore goals; and coordinate the Supply Chain team, working closely with the Quality, Manufacturing, R&D and Finance departments. You will be part of the Operations team, reporting to the VP Operations.
- Manage and optimize the activities related to planning, procurement, logistics and inventory.
- Develop and implement the supply chain strategy to enable the company scaling up its operations and expand in the US
- Build and maintain relations to key suppliers, initiate contact with new suppliers, and manage contract negotiations
- Identify strategic sourcing opportunities
- Oversee the implementation of a 3PL partnership
- Manage the standardization of processes and tools, as well as the development of full functionalities in the ERP to improve productivity and efficiency
- Identify steps to implement Lean Supply Chain principles and drive operational excellence as well as continuous improvements
- Lead the tracking and analysis of key metrics, and ensure the timely reporting
- Work collaboratively with other internal departments
- Ensure the recruitment, training, evaluations, and professional development of the Supply Chain team
- Support the VP operations to plan, administrate and monitor the Supply Chain department's annual budget
- Contribute to maintaining and improving the quality system to comply with all applicable regulations and standards, especially with ISO 9001

**Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of experience in supply chain
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
- Excellent understanding of planning, procurement and logistics process management
- Demonstrated knowledge and leadership in LEAN principles and practice
- You have implemented and optimized supply chain processes preferably in a start-up or scale up environment
- Experience working in an ISO 9001-certified environment is a must have
- Experience in IVD is a must have
- Fluency in oral and written English is a must. Additional language skills including French and German are highly desired
