**Your Role**:
In your position as a Partner for Bank Transformation Planning for Switzerland, you will spearhead transformative projects for our banking clients, ensuring they are strategically equipped to succeed in a competitive landscape. This role is crucial for aligning client strategies with the capabilities of SAP Fioneer’s solutions.
- Design and implement transformational strategies specifically tailored to meet the needs of banks in Switzerland.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and key stakeholders to gain insights into their challenges and strategic goals.
- Shape and plan the most suitable transformation strategy for our clients jointly.
- Oversee and manage large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring the alignment of business and IT strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to broaden SAP Fioneer's presence in the market.
- Participate in thought leadership initiatives and work alongside internal teams to enhance our service offerings.
- Recruit, mentor, and guide high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results in the banking sector.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of work experience in consultancies, banks, and/or software companies - with a strong focus on commercial banking / corporate banking and a proven track record of successful execution.
- Deep expertise in corporate banking, in particular global transaction banking, cash management, and payments, and solid understanding of technology.
- Network with relevant departments and key stakeholders of banks with global transaction banking services.
- Experience with SAP products is a plus.
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and German is required.
