**Your role**
- You are passionate about transactions and working in a fast-paced and deal-driven environment? If so, you might be an ideal fit to our team. We are looking for a Transaction Manager Syndication within our Commodities Trade Finance Unit in Geneva with the following tasks:
- draft term sheets, credit requests, pitch presentations to internal and external stakeholders in collaboration with our commercial teams
- help assess the marketability of credit structures, terms and conditions and support forming opinions
- give guidance to and collaborate with external law firms concerning the preparation of credit agreements and other legal documents as well as the planning and execution of signing and closing processes
- support Agency team with collateral management
- act as a knowledge owner for sustainability KPI’s in Syndicated Loans

**Your team**
- You'll be working on the CTF Syndication & Insurances desk in Geneva, in a four person team within our Commodities Trade Finance department.
- As part of UBS Switzerland AG, the CTF Syndication and Insurance team is in charge of monitoring and execution of Syndicated loans.
- You will work closely with the Relationship Managers and the Transactional & Collateral Managers team and will be involved in early stages of Syndication arrangement processes ensuring a transaction is priced and structured in line with market Standards.
**Your expertise**
- sound business and economic knowledge (basis: University degree, or University of Applied Sciences degree or equivalent)
- passion for transaction business and 4 years experience in syndicated loan arranging
- quick grasp of new concepts / tasks and ability to work independently
- open, communicative, creative as well as good team player
- outstanding analytical skills and interest in digital transformation
- good knowledge of finance and accounting
- previous experience in commodities trading area or loan insurance knowledge would be a strong asset
- fluency in English and French, German skills a plus
