We are now looking to recruit a Radio & Intercom technician in the company who will join the Field engineering & technical support team.

The Job includes technical support in diverse environment: Labs, tactical platforms, and factories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up, testing, and maintaining radios, equipment racks, intercom systems, and other equipment used in radio stations
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wires and cables used in electronic equipment repair and installation
- Testing Radio, intercom & communication system in Tactical army platform
- Performing on site solution and problem finding on the systems
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and connections in tactical platforms and lab environments
- Operating measuring equipment for radio, intercom & communication systems in tactical platforms & lab environment
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
- Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a technician (technician, not an engineer)
- Radio & Telecom experience
- Hardware understanding of equipment
- Hands-on mentality with the willingness to learn and go on the field

Work Location: Bern (office) but mainly in Thun and Kreuzlingen

Working language: ideally Swiss German (German ok) and English
