- What you do
- Formulate project plans for a range of assigned development projects, considering internal and external development efforts for all stakeholders, cost objectives, schedules and resource requirements
- Manage projects and requirements at department level, ensuring compliance with internal and certification processes
- Manage suppliers at department level
- Coordinate with different internal interdisciplinary stakeholders at all levels
- Support continuous improvements to project management and requirement management tools and processes as well as improve efficiency of the department
- Provide regular project status reporting
- What you bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in aeronautical, mechanical or electrical engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in aerospace or aircraft development programs, possibly in a program/project manager position
- Proven track record in the management of small to medium size multidisciplinary engineering teams and of complex engineering projects is an advantage
- Good knowhow of all steps of the aircraft development cycle with great coordinating and team building skills and a structured and pragmatic approach to complex technical problems
- Experience with requirements development, tracking and validation using DOORS
- Familiarity with EASA CS-23 or FAA FAR-23 regulations, SAE ARP4754 and ARP4761 as well as complex electronic hardware and/or software development (DO-254, DO-178) will be an advantage
- Fluency in English with open-minded and self-driven personality with the willingness to explore new grounds and move things forward in a dynamic and multicultural environment
