Release Manager

Your Mission
- Responsible for governing and coordinating the release management process
- Assign authorized changes to Release Packages and define the scope and content of releases
- Define the release plan to internal and external customers
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers in order to automate and improve the release pipeline
- Interface to test management team, service providers and projects team, other release managers in the organization. Drive and improve the release management process quality
- Provide guidelines and support for the configuration of releases. Build-up and disseminate release management know-how within the domain
- Report to stakeholders on Release Management status and plans

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in computer science, business informatics, computer/electronic engineering or equivalent experience
- Solid experience in Release management governance, design, deployment and operations
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with teams in multiple locations
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), Italian is a plus
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Open minded, team oriented and communicative personality
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Orario di lavoro: 90-100%

Stipendio: CHF60'000.00 - CHF90'000.00 all'anno
