**Description du poste**:
- You support the managing director in day-to-day business
- In his absence you take over the management of the hotel
- You will work with the General Manager in selecting and recruiting new employees
- You will coordinate with HR the pre-/onboarding process related to the arrival of newcomers
- You coordinate the maintenance and control of all staff houses with the Technical Service and Housekeeping departments
- You will manage daily rosters and track hotel activities
- You will conduct the morning meetings in the absence of the GM and daily HOD meetings
**Profil recherché**:
- MBA Hotel Industry
- You already have min. 5 years of working experience in a 5 Star Hotel
- You have strong knowledge of the expectations and demands of high-end guests
- Knowledge of the standards and procedures of luxury establishments
- Languages: French and English (oral and written) mandatory
- In-depth knowledge of the activities and experiences of the region
- IT tools competencies
- Strong managerial skills, leadership and entrepreneurship
