As a Multimedia Designer at Orderfox, you’ll be the creative force behind our brand presence - shaping how it’s seen, felt and experienced across all channels. From concept to final execution, your work will bring our story to life and set new standards for design in our industry.
What you'll make happen
- Turn ideas into visuals: You'll transform concepts into brand-aligned visuals that capture attention online and offline - whether for social media, websites, presentations, brochures, or trade fair materials.
- Bring stories to motion: You'll produce motion graphics, short videos, and explainers that make our campaigns and product stories come alive.
- Set the standard for brand consistency: You'll develop templates, layouts, and reusable assets, making sure our design stays aligned across all channels.
- Shape projects together: You'll collaborate and spar with marketing, content, and UI/UX teammates to push ideas further and bring out the best in every project.
- Evolve our brand: You'll help grow our visual identity, asset library, and design systems so the brand keeps moving forward.
- Spot what's next: You'll stay ahead of design and media trends to bring fresh, inspiring ideas into our work.
- Make moments memorable: You'll design impactful visuals for internal and external presentations and events that leave a lasting impression.

What eases your start
- You bring an educational background in Visual Communication, Graphic/Media Design, or a related field, along with 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience turning ideas into impactful design.
- Your portfolio speaks for itself, with projects across digital, print, and motion/animation.
- You're fluent with the tools of the trade: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and you know how to use them to make ideas shine.
- When it comes to video, you have a keen eye (and ear) for editing with a strong sense of sound, timing, and transitions.
- You're confident working in English every day, and if you bring German skills, that's a bonus.
- Your mindset is all about conceptual strength, creativity, and attention to detail, helping you transform concepts into memorable visuals.
- You work in an organized and reliable way, balancing independent ownership of projects with being a strong team player and communicator.

- A fixed-term opportunity with potential - This role is a 12-month cover for a colleague’s absence, offering you the chance to make an impact from day one. While the contract is temporary, there may be opportunities to continue with us afterwards depending on the colleague’s workload and our future needs.
- Direct employment at our Zurich HQ (hybrid): Located at Villa Windegg in Seefeld, with a 42-hour flexitime week, 25 vacation days, home-office options, and up to 20 days abroad. Requires Swiss residence and valid work permit.
- Freelance collaboration: Possible in Switzerland or abroad if officially registered as self-employed. You define your own setup, schedule, and location, while contributing to our projects on a contractual basis. Includes full autonomy with clear deliverables and long-term collaboration opportunities.
