Lead Deployment Strategist

**Job description**:
As a Lead Deployment Strategist at EthonAI, you will be instrumental in accelerating our land-and-expand growth and build our customer operations business function. You will directly engage with our customers to deeply understand their critical pain points, identify and push on opportunities for increased adoption, and play a key role in landing new deals within their organizations. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Sales to optimize our GTM and customer engagement model, as well as drive the evolution of our customer operations team.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

Customer Engagement**: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify operational challenges and align EthonAI's solutions with their strategic objectives.
- ** Deployment Leadership**: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of EthonAI's MAS, ensuring seamless integration with customers' existing systems and processes.
- ** Cross-Functional Coordination**: Lead multidisciplinary teams to tailor solutions that meet specific customer needs.
- ** Factory Assessments**: Conduct on-site visits to manufacturing facilities to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure effective solution implementation.
- ** Change Management**: Develop and execute strategies to facilitate organizational change, ensuring successful adoption and long-term utilization of EthonAI's tools.
- ** User Adoption & Training**: Design, craft and implement comprehensive user training programs to drive adoption and ensure effective utilization of EthonAI's software tools.

**Your Experience & Skills**:

- ** Experience**: 5-7 years in a tech firm (e.g., Palantir), top-tier consultancy, or digital transformation role in a manufacturing company, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- ** Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships at all organizational levels.
- ** Analytical Thinking**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and drive actionable insights.
- ** Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Fluency in German is a strong plus.
- ** Travel**: Willingness to travel internationally for customer engagements and on-site deployments (25 - 75%).
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges, with the ability to translate operational needs into technical solutions are a strong plus.
