We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Architect** to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge low-code and workflow automation solutions including AI capabilities.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, refine requirements, and deliver robust solutions that drive business transformation across enterprise processes.

**Your Impact**
- Lead functional client discussions, requirement refinement sessions, and solution walk-throughs
- Facilitate discovery sessions to document business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Guide capacity planning, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization to align with project goals
- Collaborate with business and software architects to design integrated solution architectures
- Ensure alignment with best practices and architectural standards
- Oversee quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to empower end users and stakeholders

**Your Superpowers**
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in low-code development and workflow automation
- Strong background in solution architecture, preferably with Appian or OutSystems
- Deep understanding of architectural design principles and best practices
- Proven ability to document business processes and translate them into technical requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Agile expertise, including backlog management and sprint execution
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across business, development, and architectural teams
- Familiarity with GenAI trends and AI capabilities within low-code ecosystems
- A selection of the following certifications:

- Appian Analyst
- Appian Developer 2 or higher
- OutSystems Delivery Specialist
- OutSystems Architecture Specialist
