**Position Overview**
We are on the lookout for passionate **Sales Associates Full-time and Part-time** to join our Zurich Team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Luca Faloni, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers, providing expert product knowledge and styling advice to create a personalised and memorable shopping experience.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, showcase Luca Faloni's product offerings, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Ensure the store maintains an appealing and organised appearance through effective merchandising and product presentation.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members and contribute to a positive and energetic store environment.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for fashion and a keen interest in menswear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and friendly attitude.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland.
