**Description**

As part of the Virtual Sales approach, the eRep will develop and maintain relationships with. Syneos Health customers and actively promote client's portfolios and programs.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver and co create on a well-defined business plan within budget and agreed timelines in addition to other key performance indicators, this will entail strong collaboration with the entire territory team
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships with targeted groups
- Completes all administrative tasks in a timely manner
- Develops comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all marketing and selling materials
- Comply with all SOPs and codes of ethical practice
- Ensure that all activity is compliant with local rules and regulations

**Essential Requirements**
- Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., medicine, natural sciences, pharmacy, etc.) or training as an accredited pharmaceutical representative
- Remote or Hybrid Sales experience
- Experienced in creating disease awareness
- Cross-functional interaction with relevant stakeholders
- Maintains exceptional knowledge of disease state, product, customer, rare/orphan drug market, Neurology market, competitive products and the broader healthcare marketplace

**Desired Requirements**
- Ability to work independently and as a team member; advanced business acumen skills
