We are currently looking for an intern (M/F/d) to temporarily join our process development team for bioconjugates in Visp, Switzerland. During your internship, you'll gain firsthand experience with bioconjugate technologies, while ing your skills to collaboratively support the planning and execution of process development activities in our laboratories. This position represents a phenomenal chance for young academics who wish to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities:

- Perform and document laboratory experiments in collaboration with our lab team
- Support project leaders in the planning and organization of projects and experiments
- Evaluate data for the preparation of reports or presentations

Key requirements:

- Currently enrolled (late stage) or completed BSc. or MSc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related field. Completed vocational training as laboratory technician is a plus
- Good understanding of general laboratory routines
- Eager to learn about the practical handling of highly active pharmaceutical ingredients, protein handling, protein chromatography, filtration, and tangential flow filtration (TFF)
- Sense of accuracy, quality, and initiative
- Very flexible, reliable, and proactive with strong team working skills
- Structured, focused and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated and dynamic; solution-oriented.
- Proficient in German; good written and oral communication skills in English
- Minimum duration of internship 6 months, up to 12 months possible
- This internship is solely to gain experience in an industrial setting and cannot be seen as substitute for a bachelor/ master thesis.
