Als **Operations Coordinator** mit direkter Anbindung an unseren COO übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Marken. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Operations Managern und Geschäftsführern zusammen und stellen sicher, dass unsere Brand-Philosophien konsequent umgesetzt werden, operativ wie strategisch.

**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**
- Mitverantwortung für die operative Führung aller Betriebe
- Sicherstellen der Qualitäts
- und Service-Standards in allen Brands
- Unterstützung des COO bei Planung, Budgetierung und Controlling
- Begleitung von Neueröffnungen, Konzept-Weiterentwicklungen und Projekten
- Förderung von Teamspirit, Motivation und Entwicklung unserer Führungskräfte
- Umsetzung und Vorleben der Unternehmens
- und Brandwerte

**Ihr Profil**
- Abschluss an einer Hotelfachschule, gastronomische Berufslehre oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Konzept
- oder Erlebnisgastronomie
- Starke Führungs
- und Kommunikationskompetenz, hohe Sozialkompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil
- Organisationstalent mit einem Blick fürs Detail und Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
