- Account Manager tasks - Mailbox, client inquiries
- Revising contracts (streamline, improve, processes)
- Efficiency improvements (questions every task and tries to improve status quo)
- Periodic reviews of institutional accounts (mainly banks, asset managers)
- Assistance with invoices/onboarding, documentations and improvement of processes
- Business management tasks
- Coordination of Marketing Events for Clients
- Acting client and process centric with automation and improvement in mind
- Tableau Poweruser
- Data Analytics Tasks and client management together with head of electronic trading solutions

What are we looking for?
- Minimum of two years of experience in coverage of institutional clients
- Experience in processes (onboarding, contracts, billing)
- Experience in trading, custody and FX as well as data science is a big plus
- Tech
- and process driven person - Improving status quo is key in our team
- Willingness to collaborate with business managers and strong networker within the company
- Friendly and outgoing, client centric personality
- Fast learner / idependent worker
- Ability to connect and build a valuable network within Vontobel and amongst clients
- Data Analyst skills (SQL, Tableau and Excel)
- Tableau and Avaloq knowledge is a big plus
