Junior back office operations - Bags & Footwear

Our compact team is packed with expertise. Everyone has clear responsibilities but stays flexible across the full business cycle. We’re therefore looking for a dynamic, curious, problem-solving junior who learns quickly, sees the company as a whole and doesn’t confine themself to a single area. You’ll support back-office, shipping and day-to-day operations, working closely with the Brand Manager and Senior Product Manager.

You'll have the opportunity to be involved in the entire cycle of company activities:
**Back office orders and products**:
entry into the purchase order system, sales order confirmations and updating of product master data.

**Shipments from suppliers**:

- transport booking and booking with forwarder;
- creation of customs documentation;
- Intransit tracking and handling of any delays or complaints.

**Deliveries to customers**
- planning of delivery slots, labels and transport documents;
- Cargo arrival tracking

**Support collection planning** together with the Senior PM
- update line sheets, materials, colors;
- send suppliers technical sheets and quantities for prototypes, SMS and final samples.

**Verify PreProduction Samples (PPS),**

gather feedback, and communicate corrections to vendors.
