**Event Preparation**:

- Ensure all necessary materials (e.g., masks, tokens, etc.) are ready and available prior to the event.
- Communicate with the venue to confirm logistics and obtain required information, such as menus.
- Coordinate pre-event setup, including preparing documents and equipment.
- It is important that you have the capacity to coordinate a substitute in case you are unable to attend one of the scheduled events. This will ensure the continuity and smooth running of our activities.

**On-Site Coordination**:

- Act as the main point of contact at the event, managing guest check-ins, addressing inquiries, and overseeing the smooth operation of the experience.
- Deliver opening and closing remarks to guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and engaged.
- Collaborate closely with venue staff to verify seating arrangements and meal preferences, ensuring guests with allergies or dietary restrictions receive the correct dishes.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the event and provide assistance as needed.

**Post-Event Reporting and Management**:

- Provide feedback and a summary of the event to the Fever team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory and ensure materials are cleaned and stored for future use.
