Humility is a wonderful thing - we're at least as interested in your character as in your talent._ **Requirements**: **️ About you** - Close to **Bachelor or Master **graduation or recently graduated. - Fluent communication in** German and English.**: - Having **practical experienc**e from internships in consulting, startups, scale-ups, tech companies, or from entrepreneur/startup associations is favourable. - **Ambitious** and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset to make things happen: given the scope, volume, and timeline of work, the ability to direct people - including oneself - towards a particular objective that may require active orchestration is key. - Ability to **work with limited guidance** and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders across and outside of the organisation: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another with a similar impact. - **‘Business’ sense and analytical skills**: often you will have to think at the company level, assessing what would be best for the business, and working on topics that have cross-cutting impacts.
