Pour compléter notre équipe des finances, nous cherchons un/e:
**Finances and controlling manager (H/F)**
**Vos tâches et responsabilités principales**:

- Gère les activités Finances et controlling de MPS et de ses filiales et maintient une communication

étroite des activités avec le CFO
- Gestion et développement du système de contrôle interne
- Etablissement des comptes MPS et ses filiales selon CO
- Conduite hiérarchique et technique du service finance et controlling
- Etablissement des bouclements comptables ainsi que les opérations comptables s'y rapportant
- Etablissement de la déclaration d'impôt et des décomptes TVA
- Préparation du reporting financier
- Soutien et conseil à la direction en matière de décisions financières

**Vos formations et compétences**:

- Formation universitaire ou jugée équivalente (HEG, Expertise, Brevet,) avec une formation

complémentaire en gestion
- Une expérience confirmée de quelques années en tant que comptable et contrôleur de gestion d’une

entreprise internationale
- Vous maîtrisez la tenue de comptabilité générale, l’établissement de bouclements ainsi que la gestion

de trésorerie
- Vous avez des connaissances approfondies de SAP FI/CO et vous maîtrisez la suite Office

**Vous-même**:

- Langues : bilingue français-allemand niveau C1. La maîtrise de l’anglais serait un plus
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres et avez un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- En tant que manager, vous disposez d’un excellent leadership
- Vous êtes doté d’un bon relationnel et d’une aisance pour communiquer
