**PROFILE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION**
- The Guest Relation Manager has a hotel diploma and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- With a good linguistic background (English and if possible Spanish) and an excellent presentation, he (she) has the interpersonal skills necessary for the reception and well-being of patients

**DEFINITION OF THE FUNCTION AND MISSION**
- Warmly welcome patients and staff.
- Supervise the staff under his responsibility in the absence of the Reception Manager.
- Know how to delegate
- Manage internal relations between customers and departments in the absence of the Reception Manager.
- Motivate the staff under his responsibility.
- Manage possible problems within the team in the absence of the Reception Manager.
- Manage the administrative work of the Reception.
- Replace the Reception Manager during his absences.
- Report to the Reception Manager
