We are a community of explorers and are constantly looking for new ideas, places and people to connect with. **Let’s Talk about the Role** You as Demand and Inventory Planner Associate will be responsible for managing all activities associated with cross-functional demand planning and an effective inventory planning aimed at achieving financial revenue objectives with optimize inventory levels and ensuring maximum efficiency. You will be part of the Planning Team, responsible for the creation and management of SKU level forecasts (total marketplace WHS+DTC) that will be the base for an In-DC plan, the main driver for our GSP Team in Singapore to create a Buy Plan. You will be asked to evaluate the current performance helping to define the new way of working that will allow the team to align to the new Operation Model, in collaboration with other functions. **How You Will Make a Difference** You will achieve this by: - Being an active player in a team of Planners, to calculate and plan a demand at SKU level, based on forecast, current inventory levels, open purchase orders and production constraints within a sustainable cost structure. - Contribution to key analysing and providing direction on forecasts based on budget, sales history, sales/market and current sales order to maximize decision making ability - Building and supporting the analysis of KPIs across your different areas of responsibility - Participate in the coordination of global deadliness and share demand information with the different regional planning groups in order to achieve an effective regional In DC Plan. - Aligning with sourcing office on lead time/minimums analysis and buy confirmation (shipping dates, quantities, prices, etc), to be in line with In DC plan data - Fostering consensus and collaboration in the planning process by working cross-functionally to help to resolve any between the demand and the capacity needs. **Skills for Success** - Ideally 2 years of experience in forecasting and planning activities - Ability to manage/mine data from multiple sources to create necessary reports and databases - Ability to extract conclusions from available data and “tell a story” - Demonstrated record of prioritizing, influencing and decision-making - Ability to work under pressure respecting deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and efficiency - Passion for working with numbers, analytical mind set. - Flexibility in thinking style and in the ability to work within a dynamic working environment where priorities can change frequently A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related fields are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. **What's in it for you?** - Be part of iconic lifestyle brands - Join a multi brand and multi countries organization to drive you career forward - International and challenging working culture - On site gym offering health and well-being initiatives - Discount 50% on all VF brands - Subsidized canteen as well as break out areas offering complimentary hot drinks **Join the North Face Family** The North Face was built on a love for the outdoors and the desire to enable all types of exploration, for all people, from their backyards to the Himalayas.
