**Your tasks**:

- Manage and organise various documents, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility.
- Perform essential administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication support.
- Assist with record-keeping and maintaining organised files.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our office operations support in the planning and execution of digital and on-campus events;

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor or Master student at HSG
- Excellent command of German and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good multimedia and/or graphic design skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Global mindset, international experience desirable
