First Level Support

We're looking for a First Level Support who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. Our First Level Support will be responsible for supporting our customer with all of the Auterion products. You'll be collaborating closely with the R&D team and the Sales team and you will act as the first bridge between our clients and the internal teams.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Be the point of contact to liaise with internal teams, to provide support to our customers
- Work with tickets and 1st level support
- Work closely with the R&D teams to provide the best possible solutions for clients
- Ensure professional relationships with clients are maintained
- Provide technical support, working on Zendesk and Hubspot, and onsite if required
- Manage error reporting, providing support to staff in person and remotely

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor or master degree in Electronics, Software or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 1+ years of experience working in First Level Support
- Experience working with Google Drive
- Experience working with Zendesk and Hubspot is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to work directly with customers, both remotely and on-site
- Experience with Error Reporting, Ticketing and regular contact with clients/customers is a plus
- Experience working for a start-up (preferred)
- EU Citizenship required
