- Your taskYou are responsible for acquiring and looking after discerning customers and markets at home and abroad and for expanding this clientele through targeted marketing activities. To that end you organise emotional, varied and sustainable encounters with the brand; by doing so you facilitate bonds and promote sales.
- Foster and deepen long-term relations with discerning hotels, bars and restaurants
- Identify needs, potential customers and new markets
- Orchestrate the brand effectively and credibly through stories, events and experiences
- Establish relations, bonds and trust
- Help to develop a social media strategy and assure its credible implementation
- Take sales promotional actions
- Generate continuous growth
- Your trademarksYou are enthusiastic about high-profile gastronomy and love direct contacts with customers on site. Alongside personal charisma, you combine persuasive communication with imagination and passion. Other facets of your profile:

- Diplomas are not essential, enthusiasm and identification are
- A rich fund of experience in gastronomy or hospitality
