**Job Description Summary**: This role will be responsible to manage the Arrangement & Piping Operations and HRSG Operations and enable the engineering team to deliver on its Priorities and Key Performance Indicators year over year, ensuring the team delivers efficient, high-quality services to its customers. The Operations Leader will define the operating rhythm to actively manage the KPIs through Monthly Operating Reviews and Daily Management. The Operations Leader will provide horizontal leadership to the engineering organization to sustainably improve customer quality, and develop awareness within the team on standard work practices.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Lead the resource planning and budgeting processes including demand capacity assessment and forecasting.
- Manage the REQ manhour estimating process including ownership of the Handbook standards, and generation of EAC variance reporting.
- Ownership of Engineering Outsourcing, strategic selection and management of contractor on-boarding activities.
- Management and reporting of all KPI’s on a regular basis through an established rhythm of MORs
- Lead in the lean transformation of the team, including special projects focused on lean improvement - VSM, PSR, Kaizen.
- Coordinate with the CCP Quality organization on topics as:
- Responsible for the Continuous Improvement aspects of the team, direct oversight and management of ERS, NCR and Read-Across processes.
- Coordinate the team’s Quality Focus, with an active role in LRQA certification (QMS), and daily quality management.

- Operates in a global marketplace involving complex technology, consortium partnerships, worldwide sourcing and a fast-paced competitive business environment.
- Operates in a culture of continuous improvement fostering the early detection of quality issues and risks, promoting lean processes that drive fulfilment excellence.
- Involves close collaboration with other operations leaders & Program Managers in CCP and Gas Power Engineering, with appreciation for the impact of decisions on overall business success, including NPI, ITO & OTR.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
BS degree in Engineering or a special combination of education and experience with demonstrated accomplishments
Significant experience in engineering field
Able to communicate in English
Available and willing to travel ~10% of the time
