**As part of our Accounting Advisory Services team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working on complex financial reporting and business topics. As a team member, you will support our clients with challenges associated with the preparation of financial statements and improvement of business process in connection with capital market transactions for companies planning to go public in the U.S. and other jurisdictions**

Manager - Accounting Advisory Services

- Actively support CFOs, finance managers or group controllers with improving business and financial reporting processes
- IPO readiness assessments for clients exploring capital markets transactions, including mergers with Special Purpose Acquisition Companies
- Assist in the preparation and review of various flings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
- Provide advice and implementation assistance for companies having to maintain effective Internal Controls over Financial Reporting
- Assist in the preparation or analysis of financial statements, including carve outs, required for capital market transactions, initial public offerings and debt offerings for both domestic and cross-border transactions
- Provide financial reporting assistance for mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising and financing structures, financial instruments, revenue recognition, assessment of financial metrics used by management to run businesses
- You will maintain existing client relationships and actively support the team in acquiring new clients and accounting advisory services mandates

Deshalb bist du erfolgreich
- Dedicated and entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of customer and team orientation
- Ability to work in hybrid work environments, both in home office and together with our clients and team
- 5 - 6 years of experience in the BIG 4 environment or have financial reporting or business process understanding from a corporation
- Knowledge of IFRS and / or US GAAP
- Degree as a certified public accountant or local equivalent
- Ability to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in English
