You will be at the heart of the organisation in this position thanks to your ability to anticipate the needs and wants of our clients to create personalized relationships and develop unique experiences. Your main tasks will be:
- To follow and analyze market and client trends in order to adapt action plans;
- To develop and deploy new tools to improve client experience;
- To consolidate and develop strategic recommendations that will drive cross-functional initiatives;
- To be at the center of exchanges amongst different teams, you will become the main point of contact in the Commercial, Brand, Product and Digital departments;
- To present results and recommendations to various stakeholders in order to contribute to the future of the brand.
**Qualifications**
- You have at least 10 years' experience in a similar position with managerial experience;
- You have developped and deployed new strategies in the past;
- You are known for your strong analytical skills and your capacity to bring people together;
- Your are fluent in French and in English in order to communicate with your colleagues at HQ and in affiliates.
