**About the job**:
Global Partnerships works with external partners to help build Google products through product-enabling relationships. Our team helps our partners grow through a variety of ways, such as discussing commercial terms, developing channel strategy, and developing go-to-market strategies for launches. We partner closely with Product and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and with our partners’ counterparts across these disciplines.

Our team provides meaningful solutions — from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through monetization solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. We build and distribute products through partnerships across a multitude of product areas, including Ads, Search & Assistant, Geo, Platforms & Ecosystems, Devices & Services, Health, Retail, Payments, Next Billion Users, and more. We collaborate across Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our most complex and strategic partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work internally with global counterparts, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to help decide how to engage with partners and ecosystems for a given initiative.
- Collaborate with Food delivery partners to help them implement capabilities, gather feedback to inform future product plans, manage partnerships with entities of all shapes and sizes, and build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem.
- Initiate agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners. Drive exploratory conversations and build consensus with internal and external executives.
- Serve as the relationship manager for our existing partnerships and help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
- Create and lead the execution of go-to-market plans across the EMEA team, including go-to-market strategy, documentation, program management, and executive updates.
