**Procurement Excellence Manager Indirect Materials & Services (IM&S) - Your future position?**

You will guide the IM&S digital solutions evolution following the Global Procurement strategy and contribute to and complete the digital roadmap with the Head of IM&S procurement, the IM&S leadership team and the IT organisation. You will manage change and communication to improve adoption of best practices and systems. You will focus on simplification of end-to-end data management, processes and systems and improve the IM&S procurement control framework.

You can be based in any of the following locations.

Multiple location: Geneva (Switzerland), Argenteuil (France), Budapest (Hungary), Sant Celoni (Spain), Ashford (United Kingdom), Kemptthal (Switzerland), Naarden (Netherlands), Dortmund (Germany), Avignon (France), Baierbrunn (Germany)

You will be reporting to the Head of Procurement Excellence and dotted line to Head of IM&S Procurement.

**You will**:

- Ensure a close partnership with IT to define the roadmap, prioritize the projects and coordinate their execution
- Support the digital transformation
- Ensure a close coordination with Procurement and GBS organizations
- Guide the implementation of the Easy-connect project (replacement of our STP IM&S suite and implementation of a vendor portal)
- Ensure watch and inspiration on procurement best practices (by forums, seminars), and share with relevant Procurement and GBS leaders
- Maintain the training program on IM&S procurement processes, solutions and data
- Maintain the governance for data/process/system issues and questions for IM&S procurement (escalations path)
- Lead the relevant process and data management documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and shared within knowledge management
- Increase adoption of best ways of working and conduct change management related to the implementation of IM&S procurement processes, solutions and data management
- Review processes, standards and procedures
- Drive simplification and harmonization across the organization
- Monitor data integrity
- Ensure audit coordination and follow up of observations

**Your professional profile includes?**
- University degree required / Business Administration and others
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Procurement or procurement management systems
- Indirect Materials & Services experience
- Procurement Process and Systems knowledge
- Change management and implementation experience
- Experience driving large change in procurement organisation such as new STP suite or new operating model
- Fluent in English
- Ability to engage with partners at different levels and with different functions
- Cultural awareness and adaptable to fast changing requirements
- Continuous Improvement mindset and ability to challenge current state.
