The **EMEA Consensus Program Manager **is an individual contributor role within the Global Q Branch organization responsible for driving the successful implementation and ongoing operation of Consensus, a third party demo automation solution, across the multiple EMEA operating units.

You will serve as a trusted advisor and inspiring leader to our regional Sales Teams to build pipeline, increase AE participation, engage new logos and accelerate deal cycles.

You will have a multiplier impact across the regional implementation teams, finding efficiencies and sharing standard processes, video assets and GTM propositions. You will also serve as part of the broader global Consensus project team responsible for measuring outcomes, defining success criteria, and growing adoption as well as Consensus solution management (licenses, artifacts, etc.).

A highly collaborative approach and the ability to lead and coordinate multiple collaborators, through virtual teaming, are key to being successful in this role.

**Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to support the adoption of the platform using behavior change strategies
- Work with regional senior leadership to develop and refine buyer enablement practices to support greater use across the sales teams. Dissemination and standardization of those practices across the regions and sales teams.
- Work with key team members in Global Enablement, Sales Strategy and Sales Programs across EMEA to align and ensure the solution is used to support key sales initiatives. Identify and deploy new use cases.
- Build a network of internal multipliers and promoters across all EMEA regions and partner groups to advocate the use of the solution
- Build and implement a communications plan using multiple channels to share knowledge and standard methodologies
- Build and lead a co-ordinated content strategy to maximise asset value realisation and reuse in alignment with regional SE teams
- Identify and propagate win stories and standard methodology examples across teams and regions. Leverage insights to influence enablement strategy across EMEA.
- Collaborate with internal team members (sales leaders, solutions leaders, product marketing, programs, etc) to achieve measurable, material outcomes for the business.
- Lead all aspects of EMEA reporting activities for customers; sharing results, utilization metrics with leadership teams. Creation of action plans to course course accurate as needed.
- Regional management of the Consensus solution including license allocation, asset management, etc in partnership with global tools' enablement.
- Work in close collaboration with the rest of the Global Consensus PMO team to ensure alignment to global standard processes and initiatives.

- A creative, strategic problem solver who can bring innovative ideas, a new perspective or a new strategy to the table to refresh and reinvigorate solution implementation over time ensuring the solution stays fresh and relevant and adoption consistently high.
- Familiarisation working within a sophisticated, matrixed B2B solution sales environment.

**Desired Experience**:

- Confirmed past project and program management experience
- Experience working with Cloud Products/Platforms within a sophisticated, high tech sales environment.
- Confirmed cross-functional communication and relationship building skills with Senior Leadership and C-Level.
- Experience with navigating in a sophisticated, highly matrixed organization
- Experience with change initiation and management, identifying gaps and removing obstacles
