**Responsibilities**:

- Execute manufacturing activities for liquid and lyophilized drug products in accordance with cGMP guidelines
- Operate, set up, and clean production equipment (e.g., compounding systems, autoclaves, filtration units)
- Ensure timely and compliant execution of batch records and other GMP documentation
- Support troubleshooting of equipment and process deviations, and contribute to root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and resolve technical issues
- Participate in training activities and support onboarding of new team members
- Assist in process improvements, change control, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety and hygiene standards

**Profile**:

- Hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in sterile drug product production.
- Fluent in English or German (ideally both)
- Solid understanding of GMP regulations, SOPs and quality systems
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured, reliable and proactive working style
- Familiarity with SAP and MES systems advantageous
