**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You’ll set technical direction and write code. Your focus: keep our platform fast, reliable, and a pleasure to build on while scaling both the tech and the team that powers it.

What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap - translate product goals into architectural plans and clear milestones.
- Design & ship - architect, review, and deliver production-ready code and systems.
- Level-up the team - hire, mentor, and unblock engineers so they can do their best work.
- Operate at scale - uphold performance, reliability, and security across our cloud, hardware fleet, and scheduling stack. Stay close to customers - turn developer pain points into elegant, fast solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience shipping, operating, and scaling complex infrastructure or developer-facing products.
- Hands-on leadership: comfortable moving between high-level architecture, vibe coding, data wrangling and tricky debugging sessions.
- Track record of building teams that prioritize outcomes over individual credit.
- Strategic mindset paired with a bias for action; you back decisions with data and deliver results.
- Bonus: prior expertise in building developer products or cloud infrastructure (compute, storage or networking systems).
