Accountant Interested in International Vat

For our client, a global trading company with offices worldwide we are looking to the headquarter in Zug, Switzerland for a person to join as:
Tasks

**Main tasks**:
− Checking and approving invoices in the invoice approval process according to the Internal Control System (entity, counterparty details, amount, currency, date)

− Checking VAT conformity of invoices (VAT number, VAT article, VAT representative, VAT code, VAT amount)

− Supporting VAT specialist concerning VAT compliance at various VAT registrations, preparation of VAT submission including EC Sales List (ESL) and Intrastat

− Booking incoming and outgoing invoices and reconciling bank accounts in our accounting software

− Handling credit card/employee expenses

− Performing of the foreign exchange revaluation

− Maintenance of aging reports A/R and A/P

− Supporting the bookkeeping of a subsidiary according IFRS including monthly, quarterly and yearly closing process

− Supporting the liquidation process of finalized trading strategies

**Requirements**:
**Your professional profile**:
− Two years experiences in Finance and Accounting in a multinational corporation or fiduciary service

− One year experience with international VAT

− Completed commercial apprenticeship (Federal VET diploma in commerce - Profile E)

− Advanced knowledge in MS Excel

− Fluent in English and German, both written and verbally

**Your personal skills**:
− Reliable, accurate and exact working approach

− High work commitment, flexible, resilient and able to work under pressure

− Good team player and able to work independently

− Used to work and to communicate successfully in an international and demanding environment
