**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead the comprehensive management of contract preparation and execution across all stages of infrastructure assets' lifecycle
- Manage and provide adept oversight to the Project Delivery and Commercial teams within Europe, directing a focused and proficient team
- Collaborate seamlessly with external sub-consultants and sub-contractors to optimize project outcomes and ensure cohesive integration
- Strategically assist the Business Development team in formulating and refining approaches for new ventures and emerging markets
- Contribute substantively to the meticulous preparation of tenders, encompassing comprehensive oversight of cost estimation, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners
- Provide essential support for intricate project finance procedures, including the facilitation of bond issuance and letters of guarantees, to ensure seamless funding
- Uphold and enforce rigorous financial controls, ensuring precise invoicing, accurate revenue recognition, systematic cash collection by project delivery teams, and vigilant project cost controlling
