For IbexTM Solutions, our recently launched outstanding biological manufacturing and development concept in Visp, Switzerland, we have multiple openings. We are looking for a Laboratory Technician (M/F/d) in our Pilot Downstream team at the Visp site

In this role, you will work hands-on in our brand-new laboratories together with an international, cross-functional team with the goal of transferring scalable purification processes for the manufacture of novel biotherapeutics.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Implement and detail experimental lab work according to defined expectations and schedule.
- Generate and collect high-quality data in collaboration with individual scientists and lab technicians.
- Ensure appropriate maintenance of the workplace.
- Share and implement standard processes for lab and equipment management.
- Provide support and training activities in the area of expertise.

**Key requirements**:

- Laboratory technician in chemistry or biology with a completed degree or comparable qualification with professional experience.
- Ideally you have multiple years of proven experience.
- Knowledge of protein purification, TFF, and buffer preparation is an advantage.
- Structured, focused, and well-organised working attitude, open-minded for new insights and suggestions, high motivation and complex drive.
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) is required, German is an advantage
