**Chef de Rang - Bar (M/F/d)**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Take full responsibility for your assigned **bar or lounge area** in daily operations
- Prepare and serve beverages to a **high standard**, in line with **LQA (Leading Quality Assurance)** guidelines
- Provide **personalised service and expert advice** to guests with a strong service-oriented approach
- Support the **Bar Manager** in maintaining quality and service standards
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations within your section
- Oversee **mise en place**, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your workspace
- Comply with all **hygiene and safety regulations** (HACCP)
- Assist in the **training and supervision** of commis, interns, and new team members
- Actively participate in **special events**, guest shifts, and pop-up experiences
- Represent the bar as a **warm, professional, and welcoming host**

**Your Profile**
- Completed training in **hospitality or gastronomy**:

- Professional experience in the **5-star segment**, ideally familiar with **LQA standards**:

- Passion for **premium beverages** and **modern bar culture**:

- Strong sense of responsibility and a genuine **host mentality**:

- Excellent **team player** with a high level of **service orientation**:

- Fluent **German and English** (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Well-groomed appearance and confident, professional demeanour
- Willingness to work **flexible hours**, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
