**Lead Race Team Composite Technician 100% (f/m/d)**:
We are a Formula 1 team with over 25 years of experience - always driven by the power of passion, teamwork, dedication, and spirit. With us, everyone is an athlete and plays their part in successfully crossing the finish line.

Key responsibilities:

- **Lead **the composite group trackside.
- **Be responsible **for the assembly, maintenance and modification of various composite parts such as front wings, rear wings and underbodies for our race cars at the race track.
- **Carry out **repair work on various composite parts.
- **Be responsible **for the stock management of composite parts at the race track.
- **Be involved** in setting up, dismantling, and maintaining the pit infrastructure at the various race venues.
- **Take on** additional tasks as a member of the pit crew during the races.

**Requirements**:

- Several years of Formula 1 experience as composite technician at the track.
- In-depth knowledge of composites (fiber composite materials).
- Manual dexterity and a careful, efficient and independent way of working.
- A lot of sport and team spirit to work hand in hand with different colleagues on the racecourse.
- A good understanding of technical contexts.
- Knowledge of German is an advantage.

- and result-oriented mindset as well as enthusiasm and you have a flexible approach towards work, working carefully and independently.
