Overview:
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- You dispatch customer complaints and requests related to our immuno-hematology products
- You organize on-site, on-line and external product courses
- You prepare department statistics for weekly and monthly boards
- You participate in the creation of regular customer communications
- You guide apprentices in their learnings
- Organize tasks around quality documents

**What You Bring**
- You are very customer-focused and have excellent communication skills
- You can express yourself in a brief and comprehensible way, are organized and can be patient yet persistent
- You have a flair for numbers and have good Microsoft Excel reporting skills
- You have experience training apprentices or are willing to follow the relevant training sessions
- You have excellent English skills in writing as well as speaking and a minimum of CEFR C1 level of both German and French
- Having worked in a customer support environment would be a plus
- Salesforce knowledge would be an advantage
