Proclinical are recruiting an Associate Director Biostatistics for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis. The client is focused on to aid patients overcome serious illnesses by finding, evolving and distributing novel treatments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partake in planning the evolvement method that will enable an efficient and safe utilisation of the product.
- Offer insight and perspective based on accessible information, as well as challenge associate conventions and positions based on facts.
- Instigates orientation at team (IPT) level, as well as raises the lack of team orientation to be solved by the GBS Lead.
- You will commune efficiently with clinical and regulatory associates, as well as opinion leaders on an external level.
- To respond to pertinent queries, you will offer statistical consultation for ad hoc evaluation requests which involves design of suitable analysis.
- Maintain knowledge on ground-breaking implemented statistical strategies.
- Yielding with the company's procedures and SOPs, international and project standards, as well as accountable for quality of deliverables.
- Guarantee programming team or supplier associates comprehend the nature of the clinical data being gathered and the strategies to summarising the information.
- As the Associate Director Biostatistics, you will cooperate with clinicians and medical writers to plan summaries of outcomes for use in regulatory reports and scientific papers.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Educated to an advanced degree level in statistics or a similar discipline.
- Experience in Pharma/Clinical Trials.
- Familiarity with A&R as well as with planning and preparing for regulatory meetings.
- Project Leadership acquaintance.
- Statistical training.
- At least 7+ years of experience with Pharmaceutical/R&D or similar, which involves assisting with regulatory archiving.
- Expertise in statistical / clinical trials methodology as it relates to clinical development
- Able to resolve multifaceted statistical issues.
- Prior involvement in data analysis preparing, implementation and delivery, which involves organisation across various protocols.
- Capable of leading and handling change.
- Ability to inspire and impact relations with others.
- Able to make decisions as well as form a learning setting.
- Possess an emotional intelligence with the capacity to handle and evolve performance.
- Adheres to the company's core values.
