Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.

The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team - and you can be part of it.

We are looking for someone who will support the team by gathering critical inputs from various departments, running simulations, and proactively suggesting improvements to tools and processes, while contributing fresh ideas and growing alongside the team.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

**Your mission**:

- Run simulations for race or test event preparation
- Work on setup optimization methodologies both on aerodynamic and mechanical side
- Develop vehicle dynamics analysis processes
- Maintain and improve the correlation level of our vehicle dynamics models
- Remote garage support during the events

**Your profile**:

- Enrolled in university (Bachelor or Master), studying in a relevant field
- Extensive understanding of vehicle dynamics
- Experience in Matlab required, advanced level will be advantageous
- Resilient as well as stress tolerant (flexibility of working hours)
- Full professional proficiency in English or German and a willingness to learn a basic level in the corresponding other language are prerequisites
