**Your team**
- Your new team is a group of motivated, collaborative, and innovative Engineers. Working on-site, hybrid, or fully remote, they come together to create and evolve a well-loved product but always keep room for new ideas and approaches. **Your Mission**

As an engineering manager, your role is diverse and dynamic. You'll lead multiple teams of developers in maintaining and delivering new features, actively participating in hands-on code work and software architecture. You'll take ownership of a portion of the technology roadmap, collaborating closely with your dedicated team to achieve the established goals. Adapting to evolving environments, you'll support the professional growth of your team while working alongside the other Team Leads to streamline internal processes for optimal efficiency. Your ultimate aim is to foster high-performing, united, and self-reliant Product Teams.

**Your Story**:

- You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or on-site in our St. Gallen office - or even mix it up during the week Choose where to work from that works best for you.
- You are an engineer at heart, finding fulfillment in leading Software Development teams for at least 3 years
- You hold strong expertise in the technology stack PHP, React, Typescript
- You thrive in fast-paced, agile, and interdisciplinary environments
- You have experience in lean software development and continuous delivery
- You enjoy finding inspiration in seeing your direct reports grow personally and professionally.
- You hold a degree in Computer Science or similar field (bonus)
- You speak English fluently. Fluency in German is a plus.
