In the role of a program manager, you are going to manage and execute various programs while providing high-quality service to CEIBS customers in all assigned tasks. Your role is very multifaceted; in addition to managing the program itself you will be a host for our students and lecturers and a key person for building fruitful business relationships. You are also going to overtake some general administrative tasks and provide support for other programs as requested.

**Main responsibilities**:
**_ Managing programs and administrative tasks_**
- Managing and executing various programs, including optimization of the program organization and execution process
- Ensuring timely execution and production of key deliverables for the programs
- Being responsible for material production for programs, managing vendor performance, and ensuring alignment with market value for services rendered
- Serving as a stage manager, in charge of supporting participants, lecturers, speakers, and guests during the programs
- Tracking billing and spending for the programs and working closely with the finance department to ensure timely payments and budget conformity
- Arranging VISA letters for overseas participants if needed
- Maintaining and regularly updating the campus event calendar

**_Hosting our students and lecturers_**
- Supporting new participants and lecturers during their stay at the Zurich campus
- Creating a lasting learning experience for students in an intercultural environment

**_ Building long lasting business relationships_**
- Building strong relationships with lecturers, vendors, and companies involved in the program and managing them over time
- Developing positive vendor relationships with hotels and other organizations, negotiating event discounts, identifying cost-savings, and suggesting ideas that drive higher revenues
- Taking a proactive approach to developing and broadening the company's partner network and securing top-tier speakers

**What we are looking for**:

- A bachelor's degree in education, hospitality, business administration or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency (min. C1) in both verbal and written communication in English, German and/or Mandarin if you have proficiency in all 3 languages thats a huge plus. Any additional language would be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills with the ability to handle issues quickly and diplomatically and a high service orientation.
- The ability to work with people from different professional and cultural backgrounds.
- The ability to handle stress and multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced open work environment.
