Als Pionier in der globalen Gebäudeindustrie verändern wir in der Business Unit Building Products (BP) wie Menschen in Gebäuden leben und arbeiten, indem wir die digitale und die reale Welt verbinden. Mit Gebäudemanagement-Software, Cloud-Anwendungen, Raumautomation und HLK-Steuerung bis hin zu Brandschutz und Security helfen wir unseren Kunden, Gebäude zu sicheren, lebenswerten, produktiven und nachhaltigen Orten zu machen.

**Welche Rolle werden Sie spielen?**
- In Ihrer neuen Rolle beraten Sie verschiedene globale Produktmanagement-Teams im Bereich der Entwicklung von RED-Maßnahmen, die aus LCAs abgeleitet werden, und treiben deren Umsetzung voran
- Als Produktmanager (w/m/d) vervollständigen Sie die Portfoliostruktur (HPFs) und verwalten die Dateneingabe für LCAs in einem funktionsübergreifenden Team
- Die Betreuung der RED-Dokumentation (LCA, EPD etc.) und der Umsetzungsmaßnahmen fällt ebenfalls in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich
- Darüber hinaus entwickeln Sie RED-relevante kritische Kennzahlen pro Produktkategorie und potenzielle Core Assets
- Außerdem beobachten Sie den Markt sowie Wettbewerber und leiten Benchmarks ab

**Was Sie brauchen, um das zu verwirklichen, was zählt.**
- Die Grundlage für Ihren Erfolg ist ein Master-Abschluss mit mechanischem und/oder elektronischem Hintergrund und mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Zudem verfügen Sie über ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im Produktmanagement und technisches Know-how, um eng mit F&E, Beschaffung usw. zusammenzuarbeiten
- Sie betrachten sich als Nachhaltigkeitsexperte in der Industrie (B2B)
- Herausragende analytische Fähigkeiten zur Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Programmen zeichnen Sie aus
- Als ein engagierter Teamplayer spiegeln Sie eine selbstmotivierende Persönlichkeit wider
- Sie sind kreativ und aufgeschlossen und haben Spaß daran, neue Konzepte und Formate zu entwickeln, die über das bereits Bekannte hinausgehen
- Neben Erfahrungen im globalen Networking, verfügen Sie ebenfalls über gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab, Deutsch ist ein Plus
