Global Supply Manager

We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace. **Your key responsibilities** - Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) - develop comprehensive plans integrating sales, supply, and inventory to meet short - and medium-term sales goals. - Drive S&OP Execution - ensure effective and cost efficient S&OP execution within the planning system at the global level and influence regions for streamlined supply chain planning. - Prepare Product Cluster Review (PCR) - proactively identify potential opportunities and/or issues and address them in the PCR deck. - Scenario Planning and Analysis - provide "what if" scenarios and simulate alternatives to optimize main KPIs, such as inventory levels, OTIF and costs. - Define Stock Policies - collaborate with business management and regional Supply Chain teams to establish inventory levels and stock policies. - Manage Supply Chain Projects - identify and align supply chain improvement projects with business and suppliers. - Oversee Change Management - manage basic change management activities related to supply/supply chain activities, such as labels and pack sizes for specific countries. - Facilitate Trade-offs and Decisions - lead discussions and decisions between various products on the synthesis lines, considering main dsm-firmenich KPIs. **We bring** - A rich history and a promising future of bold scientific innovation and passionate creation with our customers. - A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally. - A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset. - An eagerness to be one team and learn from each other to bring progress to life and create a better future. - A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome. - A firm belief that working together with our customers is the key to achieving great things. **You bring** - Bachelor or Master of Science in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent. - Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a planning function. - Broad experience in stakeholder management; being able to reconcile conflicting goals with the best overall outcome for the company. - Deep systems knowledge of SAP systems and planning tool, preferably APO - Advanced Planning Optimization. - Excellent communication skills in English (German and French is a plus). - Affinity to learn, understand and use new systems and processes. **Equal opportunities commitment** dsm-firmenich is fully dedicated to inclusion because when people feel engaged and empowered, their creativity and innovation drives unprecedented progress.
