**Job description**:
- As Swatch Sales Associate, you will be deployed mainly in our Flagship Store in Zürich, however depending upon business your duty station may vary in the Zürich area - flexibility is what are looking for.
- You will act as our Brand Ambassador and ensure customers' needs are constantly exceeded.
- More importantly, you will be contributing to achieving store goals, productivity and service by using selling skills and service training.
- You will report directly into the Store Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be:
**Sales Management - Boost Sales**
- Sales & Performance_
- Contributes to achieving the sales targets by converting walk-in traffic into clients, creating excitement and desire around the product.
- Customer-Centric Excellence_
- Supports customer service efforts, by providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Customer Interaction_
- Interacts with the customers, to assist them and ensure their satisfaction by building customer confidence, being proactive in offering suggestions and sharing product knowledge.
**Setting the scene for the brand**
- Brand knowledge_
- Has a good understanding of the brand, its values, and how it influences customer experience.
- Product Presentation_
- Always maintains an orderly and welcoming sales floor.
- Support with visual merchandising implementation and constantly make sure it remains visually appealing
**Leading & organising the Store**
- Operational excellence_
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and checking in new stock.
- Assist with repairs, change of straps and batteries.
- Handling of cash register and settlements.
- Tech Savvy & System Proficiency_
- Good understanding of the store systems to handle transactions, inventory and store daily business.
- Time management & Prioritization_
- Efficiently balances his or her time between customer service with operational duties.
**Profile**:

**Professional requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably for a company with fast moving goods/products or in the watch industry.
**Skills (mandatory)**
- Clear communication with the customer, team, and hierarchical line
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiations skills
- Ability to understand and present technical details
- Proficient in using the POS (Points of Sales) systems and handling transactions
